Help us place you in a group by filling out a short online form. You can choose to stay anonymous and will only need to provide an email address.
02 Find your group
We run a matching process to find you your support group. We match groups based on time-zone, age, language and previous experiences.
We aim to create groups where you can feel comfortable and have a diverse group membership that will allow you to learn from others and benefit from shared experiences.
03 Meet your group
We will introduce you to your group and facilitate the initial conversation.
04 Participate and grow
Share progress, setbacks and get regular support through the chat. Discussions happen in a variety of ways, through your private group chat and regular group calls.
Optionally, some groups participate in virtual bathroom sessions, which are a form of gradual exposure therapy
05 Graduate
Once your confidence is where you want it to be then you’re done. You can always return if you need further support.
